Assistance with Self Care Activities

Showering, dressing, bowel care, medication prompting, meal prep, hoist sling transfers, stoma care, peg feeds, continence care and high intensity care.

Daily Life Activities

Domestic Assistance, Meal prep, Transport, respite

Access Community, Social & Recreational Activities

Social Support, Shopping, Drs appointments, Access for day programs
